Currumbin zoo

On Saturday Phil had to study (exam on Tuesday), so I went with Olivier and Denis, who had an exam on Saturday morning, to the Currumbin wildlife sanctuary.

First we saw the Koala's. They are so cute! I wish I could have one...

Then we went on to feed the kangaroos!

After the kangaroos we saw some other animals and then we decided to do the challenge circuit. This is a circuit in the trees with ropes and so on and this was included in the ticket. First we had to see a short movie about the instructions and how to move safe in the circuit :-) Then we could start. The first part, the green track, was very easy! We took a lot of pics and were laughing a lot. After half an hour we went on on the red track which was a bit more difficult but still ok. Then we chose the black track which was harder and higher. This was hard! My arms were exhausted and I was going slower and slower... But we made it! :-) Some photo's:

After the circuit we were so hungry! We didn't see the other animals and went to Burleigh Heads for lunch.
